Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the issue being considered ineligible for return or exchange.    The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Items should be sent back in their original form and without any damage to the product. If possible, please return the items in their original packaging.

5. Exchange Process:
